Product Description
1. This Bag Making Machine is suitable for hot-sealing & hot-cutting high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) plastic film.
2. It adopts computer color code-tracking, hydraulic punch the "U" shape vest bag in one time, it is a special bag maker for producing vest bags.
3. And with such features, such as easy operation and high finished products, so the production efficiency can be improved greatly.
4. Usage: GBRF/2-400 bag making machine is suitable for making print bags one line or no-print bags 2 lines.
5. Fully automatic: It can do one-line production of the following steps: Heat sealing and Heat cutting at the same time, punching, sending bags out by conveyer belt, and waste film delivering. All the above steps is done by one machine. In this way, the labor salary is saved.
6. Independent control system: The sealing and cutting device adopts one computer to control the machine. The punch device adopts another computer to control. Therefore, it is independent control system. If moving the punch unit out, the sealing and cutting device also can make flat bags. The machine is two layer, so user can do two lines for no-print bag and print bag for one line.
7. Automatic punch: Air cylinder device will be installed on the machine to do "U" shape cutting with heavy power.
8. Bags Conveyer belt: It adopts a conveyer belt to send bags out in order.
9. Waste film conveyer belt: The waste film under the machine will be delivered out by another conveyer belt under the machine.
10. Photo cell: The photo cell is used for the print bag to do two lines of production.
