This machine, manufactured by Jiangyin Guibao Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd., is specifically designed to produce star seal t-shirt bags and star seal flat bags using HDPE/LDPE and bio-degradable materials.
Featuring a double line design, this machine is equipped with an automatic rewinding system, a star seal knife, and a specially designed perforation punch knife. The perforation line created by the machine is even and easy to tear after punching.
The unique rewinding system of this machine allows two rolling systems to work separately, enabling the production of two different bag sizes simultaneously. Even if the film snaps in one line, the other line can continue rolling without any disturbance, ensuring uninterrupted production.
