This machine is mainly used to produce star seal t-shirt bags and star seal flat bags with HDPE/ LDPE and bio-degradable material.
This machine is designed in double line with an automatic rewinding system and equipped with a star seal knife and special designed perforation punch knife, which make the perforation line evenly and easy to tear after punching.
Its rewinding system is unique because two rolling systems could work separately, which means you could make two-size bags on one machine at the same time. In some conditions, one line rolling plate could finish its present roll without any disturbance, even if the film snapped in another line suddenly.
